Great service, unbelievably bad system for tracking delivery.
"My parts arrived quickly and in good shape. The people who enter the information for the tracking system are clueless. I ordered my parts and received my confirmation. The parts were supposedly in stock and I expected that I would receive them in a few days. When I didn't get a shipping notice I checked Jack's website and found that the parts were not in stock and would not be available for two weeks. I was a little miffed because I had set time aside for the install. These were snowblower parts however and it was OK to wait a while. I'm glad it wasn't earlier in the season. I just like to know that there's going to be a delay when I order. To my surprise the parts showed up on my doorstep three days later. Jack's tracking info can not be trusted. Keep that in mind if you're scheduling a repair with parts from Jack's."
"Don't waste your time with these people. After the initial order they refuse to answer any emails. I had to file a non-delivery complaint with PayPal."
"It appears that it's a crap shoot whether or not you will get your order from these people. They ship some orders right away, others seem to fall into a deep, dark hole. My order has been stuck in "packaging" for 11 days. They will not respond to inquiries about it either. They just don't seem to care. I'm just going to give up and try to get my money back from PayPal. I will not be a repeat customer."
"These people are horrible. They take your money, wait a few days and then send you a phony tracking number. You will never receive what you ordered. If you do get an item it will be a useless piece of crap. Save your time, save your money, shop elsewhere. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you can't give them zero."
"Good Grief! How are these people still in business? I'm amazed at some of the reviews that say they got their item quickly. That's a dream for me. It's never going to happen. I placed an order on 3/21 and here it is, 4/15 and it's still "processing". How long does it take to process a single item order? Don't bother trying to contact Customer Service either. They just ignore you. There's a good reason why they don't accept PayPal. It's because PayPal got tired of all the chargebacks and closed their account. I'm going to wait a few more days and then I'm going to file a complaint for non-delivery with my Credit Card Company. These people are a joke. Their prices can be the best in the industry but they can't deliver. Give it up Midnight Box. You need to find a new line of work. You can't handle this one.
As of 4/20 I'm still waiting. No product, no response from customer service. These people really don't give a damn. They're the absolute worst."
"These people are horrendous! They bill you immediately and promise shipment within 5 business days. Fat Chance! you'll be lucky if they ship it within a month. On two occasions I had to file PayPal complaints against them because they were unable to ship and refused to issue a refund. They then had the gall to provide PayPal with a bogus tracking number indicating they had shipped when they hadn't. It was a lie. PayPal eventually found in my favor and granted me a refund. Their prices may be attractive but their service is the worst in the industry. Never again!"
