"Kraft Music's service and shipping substantially exceeded my expectations. In fact, their shipper went well beyond the "curb service" I paid for and actually placed the piano in our home for my wife. This was a pleasant surprise as I was unexpectedly not able to be there.
Additionally, the digital piano we ordered was in perfect condition with no damage to the packaging. Plus the piano looks and sounds beautiful.
The digital piano was actually an upgrade from the keyboard my daughter was using for piano lessons. She truly enjoys it and I believe this is reflected in the fact that she now plays it quite often just for fun. Before, she had to be prompted to practice. My 5 year old son also enjoys "playing" the new piano. All in all, I am quite pleased with the quality of the piano and with the "fun" times it provides."
