"The product I ordered (through Amazon) arrived DOA. OK, not their fault. I contacted them right away and still waiting for their response. This was going to be a present, but due to their delay in responding, I know a replacement will not arrive in time.
Update: I didn't hear from TigerDirect until later in the afternoon. I am pleased that they have taken this extra measure so that I can have a working product. I still have not received it yet, but per the UPS tracking number they provided, it is on its way. Their customer support really turned my opinion around on this transaction. I'll update my review once more after I've received a working product.
Update: Replacement arrived very promptly. I am now impressed. The recipient of the gift is also very happy."

"Was looking for some hard to find items but found them at ArtisticGiftBaskets at a good price. According to the website, they gave an estimated delivery date at time of order. I was a bit worried about whether they could meet this estimated date, especially since it was over the Columbus Day holiday. A couple of days later, I contacted them through their online support, and the customer support personnel immediately knew that I had an order which was in process and he was able to give me an update even before I had to ask my question. I would not hesitate to order from them again."
"They had the best price for the converter box I was looking for... Channel Master 7000. Yes, it was sent without an outer box, but I did not notice any damage to the contents. I made my order late on Saturday, May 23, and it was shipped out on Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day). Nothing to complain about with this retailer, so in fact, I've used them again to order converter boxes for my mom. I should mention that I had trouble when trying to set up and use an account on their website. I think it's because my e-mail address is long and/or because it has a hyphen in it, but I received an error when trying to place the error. "I was told by customer service if I placed my order by noon ET, it would be shipped same day. I placed my order by noon (albeit 3 minutes before). I never did receive an e-mail notification, but they did send it the same day.
By the way, this store seems to be the same as cellup.com and cellularaccessory.com. I am generally skeptical about stores which have multiple fronts, but I am potentially skeptical about some of the cellularaccessory.com reviews, but in the end, this store did deliver the merchandise, so I cannot complain at all about it.
I haven't noticed the quantity decrease because of my purchase in gotbluetooth.com or cellup.com, but did notice a quantity decrease in cellularaccessory.com. It does make you wonder how accurate the quantity counts are."

"I have ordered from Purple Moo twice. Both times, I have been very satisfied with the results. The first screen protector was for my Palm Zire 21. The second time was for my Sharp Zaurus. Since they did not offer screen protector for Sharp Zaurus, I gave them the screen specifications, and they were able to provide custom screen protectors. Very satisfied with quality and pricing (price was a major consideration)."

"I ordered tire pressure caps from them. I originally ordered from AutoBarn, but after a couple weeks later, and not being told they were out of stock until after I started to inquire about my order and then later being told, I cancelled my order with AutoBarn and found a good deal at this website. Submitted my order and got received the merchandise later that week.
I don't remember specifically if they had different shipping options but since I was not charged extra for shipping, I am not complaining that it was sent by USPS. In addition, I am not sure if they accepted credit cards, but since the price was good, I didn't mind using PayPal."

"Ordered golf bag travel cover from them. Since I am local, I asked them if they were flexible in price if I were to pick it up... They did offer a little discount, which I appreciated the fact that they were flexible. "I just tried to make an order while on an international business trip, so I can have the order delivered to me by the time I get back. However, since I ordered from an international IP address, I was told I need to fax or e-mail a copy of my statement or a copy of my credit card plus a photo ID. If my credit card approves the order and it is being delivered to my home address, I am not sure why I am required to jump through hoops to make place this order. Fortunately, absolutely none of the dozens of other orders I have placed while traveling internationally have ever required me to do this. Obviously, I don't plan to deal with TGW even when I am back at home."
"I don't know if they have changed management but I have made several (approximately 8) purchases over the past year and neve had a problem. Placed another order last night and got a call this morning that they wanted to verify my information (even though it is the same as it was over those previous 8 orders). So I called back (not a toll free #) and since noone picked up, I had to leave a message, so I left a message that all the information on my order was correct.
Then I also got an e-mail which said they had credit card verification problems. So I had the first person I talked with at the credit card company make sure my shipping address was on record and I sent them a reply by e-mail. I then talked with the authorization department at the credit card company, and there were no problems with authorizing the purchase, so considering I have used this credit cards for thousands of dollars worth of purchases and never had a problem with other retailers, this is sounding a little funny.
They did later call back 6 hours later to confirm they were able to get approval... I received the order on November 30, after ordering it on November 23. But considering I ordered it at night and Thanksgiving and the weekend is thrown in there, too, it was probably at most one day later than it could have been... So overall acceptable, although they could have done a better job communicating."

"I mailed in my film in them in February and they charged my credit card in March... However, now in July I have not received my prints yet. Earlier they sent out an e-mail that they were backed up with their orders, but now, they don't respond to e-mail customer services requests anymore or answer their phones anymore."

"I ordered something which my credit card was charged right away, but 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for tracking information... I have been contacting them frequently, but they don't seem to know where the order is in the process with their distributor. Will fill out more when I get my order."
