The customer did in fact order 2 ash pans and by our own mistake we only sent 1. The grills that this part is designated for rarely require more than 1, so it is not often that we have a customer order multiple. Although this was a simple oversight by our warehouse we take full responsibility and make sure that our customers receive exactly what they ordered from us in a timely fashion. With this in mind, when the customer contacted us on 7/12/17 to inform us of the problem, we immediately shipped out the remaining part that very day. Because our team is made up of humans we do make mistakes from time to time but we will always do our best to ensure you receive exceptional customer service with the parts you order from us.
