Incorrect video demonstration.
"Removal and assembly videos involving a BMW 3 series radiator flow adjustment screw and drain plug suggested using a ratchet socket to remove the screw by twisting it out like a normal bolt and twisting the same part back in and tightening it like a normal bolt. This is incorrect. The plastic part only takes a 1/4 turn left to loosen and once this happens the locking clips break making it a single use plug. The new plug fits in only one way by lining up the clips before pushing the plug in. Once pushed in you use a wrench to turn it clockwise 1/4 turn until you hear a click. Any further breaks the part and possibly the other plastic parts (radiator). Unfortunately you do not sell the radiator adjustment screw and drain plug assembly. I ordered most of my other parts for this job from you. A more complete selection would keep your customers loyal."
