Shipping Costs were not available prior to order.
"I had ordered one item and clicked the shipping cost icon several times and nothing came up. I incorrectly assumed that there were no costs involved in the order. Usually you can get a summary of the order costs prior to ordering the product but the shipping cost was only made available AFTER the order was placed! This problem should be corrected for any future customer."
