Misleading Product Page & Poor Return Policy
"I ordered a handmade glass/metal tzedakah box, thinking I would receive something that looked like the one in the photo on the product page. While the product description mentioned that the design might vary, I had no idea it would vary so much from the one pictured. This was not even close, and I found the design I received quite ugly. Unfortunately, their return policy does not include return shipping, even when you are unhappy with the item received. So I get to pay for shipping both ways, for an item that completely did not meet my expectations."
