"They claim 100% customer satisfaction and a no hassle return policy. They say refunds will be given within 10 business days. I mailed my shorts back just shy of three weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I have sent two emails wondering where my refund is with no response. They promise a response within one business day. If i don't get a refund by this weekend, I will see if my bank can do a chargeback on my card. If they refuse to even communicate with me, this is what they deserve. You cannot hold onto a customer's money for as long as you like when you have a stated policy of no more than ten business days--especially with zero communication/response to my concerns. Keeping my money for over two weeks is a hassle. Customer service = non-existent."
