Great service and responsive
"The shipping / order team slipped up on one of my custom ship orders for fluid needles and the date was slipped past the promised date. Mistakes are made by us all, but Ashley and team were simply great in responding, crediting me for the slip up without question. Then when I went back to reorder some new parts, without even asking they recognized my order and shipped the parts 2-day without charge.
You can't help but appreciate that kind of attentiveness and customer focus.
