"They sent my order to a wrong address. Although UPS clearly stated as "undeliverable" they refused to ship again before they received their package back, as if that was my fault. Not only that, they established several deadlines and still haven't shipped the product I bought. Also, customer support is a joke, everytime I get someone different replying and they are unwilling to solve my problem. They should not be in business, stay AWAY."
