Black Friday/Cyber Monday Fail
"I have placed online orders with Oneida in the past and have had no issues. Come Black Friday/Cyber Monday, I had issues placing an order all weekend with errors on the website. I emailed them and called them. The CSR I spoke with was even having the same issues I was having, and couldn't complete my order. I called Tuesday (after Cyber Monday) - still having the same issues, and they WOULD NOT honor the discounts, even with notes in the system of the issues. Completely unacceptable, and will not order from them again."
