"I wish I had read these reviews before ordering an All Clad Slow Cooker Insert on 1/3/2023. I still don’t have it so I made a second call for the status. I was basically attacked verbally for asking and the gal on the phone was off the wall. She yelled, wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. I actually was hesitant to call because of the convo last time which was a month ago, out of nowhere and for no reason, she was as rude as could be. I have never encountered anyone in all my years who behaved this way as a so called customer service rep. She just hammered on and on, I asked her to let me speak but that wasn’t happening. I can’t even remember all the excuses she gave for why my replacement was not in yet. Coming from France, backlogged, ships docked, COVID blah blah blah. I started to say if I don’t have it by May then I’m just going to cancel. Well I didn’t even get that out before she came back with, don’t you threaten me! Threaten???? WTH, I was stating a fact, I no longer want it. I asked to speak with someone else, don’t think there is anyone else. She kept yelling and rattling on and on, I asked her to refund and she said I was never charged, that’s how much I know about the process. No I don’t know about the process because I don’t work there! She hung up on me after her RANT! I honestly haven’t a clue how this person is in Customer Service. Something surely needs to be done after reading all these comments! I also think ALL CLAD should be advised not to recommend them for replacement parts along with all the other companies….A report to the BBB is in order as well….If I could give negative 0 starts I would! Company needs to go!"
