"I purchased 2x1 gigabytes of pc2-5300 ram form Silicon Assets, the price was great. When I installed it I noticed that one stick had bright blinking colored lights and one stick had dull colored lights. I sent them an e-mail asking what the lights meant and what were they for, but got no answer. A few days later I sent another asking the same thing, no answer. Then yesterday August 19 I sent a third email, then went on to the pricewatch where I had found their site from and left a negative review on pricewatch's seller review site. I mentioned that the price was good just that their communication with the customer was lousy. Lo and behold today I get an email from them and it was rude. I would like to post it here. "Good day, You are a lousy customer with rediculous questions that have no relevance and no patience. How does that make you feel? Probably the same way your email makes our staff feel. We work hard and believe that customers should treat their vendors with the same respect that they want in return. We simply get tired of the juvenile name-calling and threats and this is an example of how a customer makes an issue over nothing wasting both our time. Customers like you seem to think that companies are obligated to put up with bad behaviours. We are not and have noted your account with this information. We ban customers who send these types of communications from further business with our company as well as advising our partners to beware. Perhaps you can explain to us why you left a negative review because it took 2 days to get a response about the BONUS LEDs that you received on your memory at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Unfortunately we have more than one customer and we get to each customer just as quickly as we can research their question. So lets address your product question. Like all memory vendors, we purchase products from a variety of sources. Occasionally we get have an opportinoty to purchase modules which have these LEDs at a special price and purchase them as a bonus for our customers. In 8 years of business, this is the first time anyone has ever had an issue with a free upgrade and written a negative review about it. It is not something we can guarantee and only have occasionally. We guarantee only the memory product as the LEDs do not affect functionality and were not advertised as part of the product. The product you received was basically Crucial Ballistix at a much lower price. It was debranded because they do not warranty products not sold by them. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you should return it and we will exchange it for non-LED modules. We will be happy to do so at no additional charge as soon as you return the product you are unsatisfied with to us." Never did I say I was dissatisfied with the product, and since my question was about what the lights were, how was I to know they were a bonus? Not very logical of them. Make up your own minds."

"It has been 2 full business days and still no email with tracking information. When I go their website and log in ,check my order status and click on "Tracking information" this is the message I get "Shipment tracking information is not available right now." I received my order 2 days after ordering. Prompt delivery even if you are not aware of it through tracking."
