"What a joke. I tried to order a "New" "Factory Fresh" Cannon hf10. Got a call today telling me it didn't come with a battery, etc... All the things a factory fresh camera comes with. FRAUD plain and simple. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I have canceled my order I suggest you all do the same and shut this scam site down."
