"Ordering process was smooth; nothing to worry about. Received a personal call from Karl, the sales manager, and he was very happy to make my experience with them as pleasant as possible. I believe he would do the same with anyone. The only thing that is strange is how the ups tracking number is "hidden for your protection" -- you still see the delivery date and status, it just makes you click through the onsale order status to get to the tracking. You can always get the tracking number directly from onsale though - just ask."
