"I recently built a computer with parts from Superbiiz, Amazon, Newegg and Frys. Each site said the respective parts were in stock. I went with 2 day shipping for everything (expensive cost, Prime, Shoprunner and in store, respectively)
Everything shipped and showed up on time except for Superbiiz.
It still said the order was processing. 2 days later it updated to online order received and it was processing again. I see now on their site the product was back ordered. I wasn't notified of course and nothing looks amiss on my order. I called and spoke with Brandon who saw it was delayed for at least a week, gave me a meek apology and didn't object when I asked him to cancel the order.
Don't let SuperFraudBiiz hold your next build hostage when you can stick with trusted vendors who will do right by you."

"I bought a game for under $8, they never sent me the serial number or a refund. I emailed support and they replied that my spam folder must have caught the email. It was not there when I looked (for quite a while too) and when I emailed support again I was ignored. They stole $8 from me, and paypal wouldn't help either, so beware."

"I signed up through a website that paid me for the lead, and it was the worst idea ever. The initial cheap dvds were limited to 51 choices and the rest were overpriced compared to MSRP.. Customer service was awful and unhelpful, and they sent me another movie AFTER I canceled my service. Their website wouldn't help me with that either. Avoid these guys like the plague if you're smart... Oh, and their FunCash expires if you don't use it by the end of the year..."
