"I ordered a motherboard combo from Monarch. I liked the whole choose the motherboard cpu ram...
and the prices were good. Small detail but they could use a little more selection in the cpu fan arena (Zalman??). I ordered on the 16th and my package was delivered on the 24th-which was unimpressive. Having read some of the reviews here and elsewhere I as a nervous about my order arriving on time and sent a letter to monarch asking about status. I was told the first time that it was going to ship possibly that night, probably the next morning which didn't happen. I sent them another email saying if it wasn't to my house by the weekend I would cancel and it did get there-I don't know if the email had any effect. It would have been nice if my order had been to my house closer to the minimum amount of time they estimate, instead of at the very last moment. Other than the time factor the parts were good quality and the packaging was good.
I would order again from monarch only if I didn't mind waiting for the products."

"Excellent service, prices, and shipping time--What more could you ask for? I originally ordered a Ananix Dvine-4 case, and a hauppauge 250. The items literally arrived on my doorstep the next day (I live in LA). I accidentally ordered the wrong 250. (I wanted the one with the radio functionality as well) I called pcalchemy and was answered by a live person with no hassle. They immediately issued a rma and sent the card I wanted. No hassle, no big deal.
All and all I would say ordering through pcalchemy was more enjoyable, and affordable, than purchasing from my local electronics store
by far. I would definitaly order through them again."
