"I just want to say I was a little leary at first and I am still concerned because my questions were not answered but that could be part of protocol so I will leave that alone for now. If my Updates continue to work as expected I will be very satisfied and will tell all my friends about how great your company is. I have friends like myself that live on their pc's but who doesn't today. I hope to not have to call again about my updates for Microsoft and if I don't again I say I will sell the daylights out of your company. I have been in sales my self and your staff was courteous and called back with the help I needed. Thank you"
