Absolutely terrible Customer Service!
"First off, they should change their name from Overnight Prints to "We Don't Care About Your Prints". Went with this company for the sole reason of getting my printing done quickly. Placed an order Sunday night to receive the order by Weds (I event upgraded this shipping to ensure on-time delivery. A week and a half later, it still shows as "In Production" when I asked for a refund, it magically has gone to print. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and cannot deal with tough questions: Why has my order been stuck "In Production"? or Why am I being charged more to change the shipping address? (This relates to my event in Vegas, which a week later I don't need shipped there. So now I want it delivered to my house.) At this point, they should eat those additional shipping costs for failing to live up to their business name. But no, when the questions get "tough" they cut connection from the chat—twice!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR MISSION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IS ABSOLUTE TRASH TAKING FOREVER TO RESPOND AND NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT."
