Never again

"Good experience in the past but here’s my latest one…Bought a bunch of items for Christmas gifts on 12/11/22. Get an email a week later on 12/18/22 saying my order is in the warehouse and delayed. I email them asking what items are delayed and if they can ship what’s in stock. I receive a response of “we cannot remove items from the order”. I replied and said they didn’t answer my question as to what’s delayed and if they could just ship what was currently in stock right now so they don’t ruin all my gifting since it’s almost Christmas. I get an email this morning saying “per my request” that they cancelled my order!!!! WTF. I NEVER requested that. Just wanted what items were available and the rest sent later. Now I have to go run around town and find new gifts. They’ve cost me a lot of time and stress. Will never purchase a thing from them ever again"
