Ordered a blind, came in with wrong dimensions, customer service says had you purchased the deluxe coverage we could have worked something out, I replied it was never offered on line when I bought the shade!!! I said I need the right shade, surely you can take something off the next shade to help me out, I mean I just paid $250.00 for a shad I cant use... He says unfortunately I cant...Terrible customer service...Went to Blinds.com and purchased 2 blinds cause they were offering 45% off!!! GREAT DEAL!
