"Super Casuals utilizes extremely deceptive marketing techniques. The day after I ordered a pair of Thorogood work boots I received, in my email, a confirmation that my boots had been "shipped." Seven days later I called up and asked why I had not received them and customer service told me that after they had called the warehouse they had discovered that they had not even been shipped yet. Thirteen days after ordering the boots I finally received them, two sizes smaller than what was "shipped."
Obviously Super Casuals could'nt locate the promised product for the promised price and substituted with something somewhat similar in hopes that, on my end, I would either keep the boots or send them back which in the long run would buy them more time or allow them to keep their money."
