Will take your money and never send you anything. Customer service will lie to you.
"I ordered and paid for a product on their website. Two days later they emailed me to tell me the product was on back order and that it should ship out in a week. I immediately replied that I would like a refund because I could not afford to wait a week. I sent a follow up email 48 hours later because I hadn't gotten any reply. Another week went by and I got an email saying that they don't know when the back ordered product will be available and that they had issued my refund (paid with paypal). Well they didn't refund me. I had to open a dispute with Paypal, who is giving Coastal Tool Supply 2 more weeks to respond to my claim. They've now had my money for 3 weeks while I wait for paypal to refund me. Worst online shopping experience I've had in many years. NEVER order anything from Coastal Tool Supply, aka NTX Tools."

DO NOT ORDER FROM NTXTOOLS!!!!
"Ordered an item from their website, was charged immediately. Was sent an email after a couple days letting me know the item was back ordered and would be delayed 2-3 weeks. I responded saying I couldn't wait that long and that I'd like a refund. It's now been many business days with no response. I've opened a paypal claim to get my money back. NEVER order from ntxtools aka coastal tool supply."
