"DO NOT BUY FROM SHINING DRESS~~!! I purchased a Prom dress for my daughter Feb 4th . I emailed them to follow up on the order and to see where it might be for it now was 45 days and NO DRESS. Per their web site it takes 37 days to ship . I was told it should be shipping within the next 10 days . Well 10 days goes by I email them again and to get a tracking number or a ship date. I was told the dress was finished and they would be shipping it. I told them I needed it by April 13th no later than the 20th and I would pay extra shipping cost to get it by then . They told me not to worry. April 13th came and No dress. So I emailed them again they again told me the dress is finished and it will be shipping it and I should receive it in 10 days , Same story but a different day. I said that it wouldn't work for I needed it no later than 20th. The Prom would have come and gone by then. I ASKED FOR A REFUND. Then I had to run out a find another dress for my daughter . Not fun !
It is now May 30th almost 4 months since I placed the order and I have NO dress & No refund ! I have emailed them 50 times. YES 50 times I counted them with no Resolution ! I just keep getting the run around a lot of BS. Now they have just quite responding to me. Please don't buy from them !! Save the head ache and your money. JRC"
