"While most retailers promote their rebates, eCost hides them! I purchased a monitor, received it, attempted to locate the rebate form...I was unable to locate it anywhere. Contacting customer no-service was a waste of time too...Kept getting the usual runaround. I cancelled my platinum membership, unsubscribed from future emails. There are plenty of decent retailers out there, so we do not need to deal with outfits such as eCost."
"I purchased a hand-held DVR that failed after 2 hours of operation. Ebuyer demands I go through their user-hostile website to file for an RMA and I've been waiting for several days for an answer. I used their "enotes" in a communication attempt, and they seem to ignore those also. My only resort is to do a chargeback to Mastercard. This place has pretty good prices, but is not worth the aggravation if customer service is required. I will never buy from these bumbling bureaucrats again!"
