Pure Junk with horrible customer service
"Do yourself a big favor and do not buy any Lorex camera system. They do NOT work as advertised. Horrible resolution, does not work on Windows 10, the Internet connectivity never works, it constantly shuts off and drops the DVR. I cannot say anything positive about their systems. They did a mandatory software update and the majority of its customers lost service for months. Hours and hours on hold with customer service and they did nothing except tell you to reboot your DVR and check connections when they knew it was the software. Horrible garbage company."
