"Terrible company with even worse customer service. I ordered a lens in March. The price was very low.
When I ordered the items, I never received a confirmation e-mail. Upon inquiry, it was still never sent.
Ultimately, I never received the lens. I followed up 5 times in the course of 2 months and was told that it was on backorder. However, every single other electronics site had the lens in stock. Even OnPoint Electronic's website continued to say it was in stock.
I called a 6th time to find out that they canceled my order without telling me, since their vendor will no longer carry the product. However, the product is still for sale on their site, although at a higher price than what I purchased it for.
I continued to ask questions when I felt that the salesperson was being disingenuous. He hung up on me.
I speculate that they actually canceled it because they did not want to sell it to me at the low price they advertised in March. Very disreputable."
