"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I too wish I would have found this site prior to placing my order. No way to track your order? C'mon. I ordered my TV, tv stand, and warranty on 11/8/06 and was promised a delivery date of no later than 11/27/06. The shipper would contact me and set up an appointment. It is 12/04/06 and I still have not received my order. I have never been able to get through to a customer service agent. The IVR phone router only gives you the option to leave a message or go online and contact them via e-mail. However, I have been able to reach sales agents with minimal effort. The company line from the sales agents when asked why I can't reach a customer service agent is " They are extremely busy." The service is pathetic. When I actually reached my Sales agent it took the threat of cancelling my order for him to finally find out that my order was delayed a week by the shipper, no reason given or assurances that it would arrive in any given time period. Stay away from this company. I will be contacting the BBB in regards to their poor, poor, poor business practices and treatment of their customers. One should expect more when shelling out over $2k."
