Terrible product, still haven't recv'd refund!
"Ordered the UrBeats and they were awful. Looked nice, but sound was like a tin can. Wanted to return immediately, NO number to call, only email. They gave me the run around. They drug out the process of very slow emails. Eventually I returned them but have YET to receive a refund!! Never again. ????????"
