NEVER AGAIN
"I placed an order in what I thought was in time for Mother's Day. Still has not only been shipped but hasn't even begun to be processed. Finally reach someone via telephone and was told that even though they have not yet put my order together, I can not cancel. They are blaming the covid, however I ordered once before several years ago and my ordered then took over 7 weeks to ship. I wish I had not attempted again. NEVER AGAIN!"
