"The customer service was brillant ~ the laptop which I had ordered became out of stock and as We Are Electricals where unable to source it from anywhere they then checked other laptops that they had in stock that fitted the criteria of the one ordered. They rang me back when they had found one and sent it next day special delivery for which I was very grateful due to my server having crashed and hence no computer.
I would certainly check their website again for anything that I might need before checking elsewhere.
