who is the umm company and where are they from
"I got a new laptop and it is scratched and had to reset it to factory settings per tech support, why would you have to do that if brand new, first problem was no wifi connection, second problem the fan is constantly running, third its a RETURN product. worst ones to buy from i personally will never forget their name they hide behind and amazon should suspend them from their store giving them bad reviews to the world about how amazon lets anyone sell!"
