It's just not worth it ...
"Ordered 4 Air cases on October 25th ... my credit card was immediately charged. On October 29th I received an email from Customer Service stating that they did not have those cases in stock, but expected to receive the next shipment in "roughly" 5-7 business days. 13 business days later, with no further notification, I called their customer service line. Got a message stating that "all agents" were busy ... leave your number and someone would call back. 3 hours later, with no call back, I called again and did reach someone. I explained I had been waiting for a call back for 3 hours. No apology or explanation ... just "how can I help you?". The individual checked on the status of my order and told me that they still had not received inventory, and that she would have the items shipped directly from the warehouse and that I should have them no later than Monday (11/18). On 11/27, still having not received my order, BUT out $1100+ because they charged my credit card at the time of the order, I contacted them and asked them to cancel my order and refund the full amount to my credit card. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation and the promise of a refund. It is now two weeks later and I still don't have my refund. On a side note ... the day I cancelled my order with Pelican Cases, I placed the same order with Amazon, for a lower price, and received the cases in under a week. Moral of the story ... it's just not worth it."
