"I ordered this code when travelling, as I needed to use the dongle for communications using different SIMs form telco providers. It was supposed to be provisioned within a couple of weeks, but the coded didn't not come through for three months, arriving in my in-box 4 weeks after we returned to Australia, so was a waste of money!!!"
