"I have a 3000 Lenovo computer that has been running for about a year. After 25+ years of using computers and being considered a experienced user of computers, I can say that this is the WORST COMPUTER I HAVE EVER OWNED and I am about to get rid of it!
I have contacted LenoVo a number of times about my complaint and have never received a reply. They have a record of the WORST consumer support. This computer shuts down and reboots at random times, has continuous cursor freezes, freezes on boot-up, uses a "start repair" icon on bootup that I cannot escape, tells me I cannot run internal clean-up programs "due to recently installed programs" when none have been installed, reports "crash dump" and then reboots, MANY OTHER PROBLEMS!
No repair, either recommended by them or from my own experience, will work. Please investigate reviews and problems from this computer line before you buy. And don't look at the Lenovo site for feedback - they will only allow positive feedback!"
