Horrible
"The dress was NOT the same color as I ordered. The website said shade of color would be slightly off. This was a whole 5 shades darker. Unacceptable. The dress was too tight for my daughter and I asked for a refund. I’d understand not offering a refund on customized dresses but this was a standard size dress with no alterations to fit my daughter’s body. All I got was “we can give you a 10% refund for your inconvenience. Crap! I paid $180 for a dress in a color she wanted. Not way darker than the original picture. I will never order from them again! Ever! I should have known better by the horrible ratings already given for this website but figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again!"
