Pretty sure it is a scam
"I ordered a part for a broken autoclave and was anxiously awaiting it. It never arrived. I tried calling multiple times but their phone number will not allow you to leave a message and no one will answer. I sent 5 emails, none got a reply. I sent three help requests via their website, also ignored. I finally issued a dispute with my credit card since they billed for the item the day I placed the order. This whole experience had the feel of a scam so I warn you not to order from this company unless you want weeks of headaches trying to get your money back."
