"I tried to call and speak with someone about the size and fitting of their jeans and after a week, no answer. I placed to order still and put instruction in the additional information box which was not followed. After a week of calling, no answer. To this day I have never had someone answer the phone. I received the pants, didn't fit. I sent them back and was charged $12 for the exchange (didn’t read the fine print) plus shipping. The put a note in the package and sent more emails and placed phone calls to contact me, nothing. I have yet to receive the replacement pair. I would not recommend this company, at least internet sales. If I was able to speak with a person for thirty seconds before I ordered to find out that you should order one size up, than it would have been a smooth transaction."
