quick and over the top customer service!
"I ordered a HP battery from cpu medics and found it was not working with my clients laptop. i contacted a representative and and they were quick to send another one in its place to check if it was the battery or our device. after we checked the second battery we found it was the device. i was never charged for the second battery and they were quick to assist with the return of both batteries as well with a fair price on the restocking fee.
Thank you CPU Medics, i will continue to use you for future business."
