Never Again!
"Worst customer service I have ever received from an overseas company! It took them a month to even ship my order and that was only after I contacted them to find out what was going on. By then half the items I orders were out of stock, so I ask them to just cancel the order. Instead they finally shipped the items that they did have in stock and we’re SUPPOSED to issue a refund on the rest. I’m STILL waiting on that refund for the items that didn’t ship! Customer service will just not respond if you tell them anything they don’t want to hear (e.g. the three times I emailed saying please just cancel this order). Overall dishonest company!!!! There are some trustworthy China companies out there, but this is not one of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
