"Very slow shipping process going on 3 days and my order has not shipped on an in stock item. The worst is when I sent an e-mail for a shipping date or time I was told it would be soon by Lisa from customer service.
When I asked for a clarification on soon I got no response. They state on the site 1-2 business days for shipping but don't believe it. And if you need to talk to someone no telephone number and no e-mail response from customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from them. If I don't get a response in another day I will cancel the order and dispute the charge with my credit card company!
On the other hand the parent company Meritline has very good customer service. I have purchased from them many times with great service. I planned on ordering this item from Meritline but they were out of stock for a week. What a mistake I should have waited the extra week. I probably would have got the item sooner!
Bottom line don’t wast your time or money with CDRDVDRMEDIA."
