Dishonest practice
"DO NOT ORDER! SPAM! Do you know the order you receive is short in counts??
I've ordered from them for years but I never count. this time I counted my 500pc order of business cards, but only received 440. I don't know how many they were short in all previous orders, but this time I reported and request a solution for the more than 10% short production. Honestly it totally about $40 order, so I am talking about $4...it is not about the $4, it is about trust, and their service, problem solving.
They first ask me take a photo of the order and send to their service email. I did, then received nothing. I called, the lady ask me to send more photos. I did. She then said ok, we are going to have a meeting to discuss what to do. I asked how long before you can make a decision? She said it depends. I said so you mean it can be 10 years or 100 years or never? She said: I wish you have a great day and she hang up on me."
