"An item in my second order had been damaged, most likely in assembly by the manufacturer. I called TurboLed to report receipt of the damaged item and was told that a replacement would be sent. I got the replacement within a week. I am pleased."

"My order was delivered from Tennessee to California in one week. The used or "refurb" Dell laptop battery appeared to be in perfect condition and it was in a fully charged state. This is the second such battery I have bought from Eagle and I am very satisfied with ordering ease, timely and secure shipping, reasonable pricing and goods fit for use. Great merchant!"
