"Ordered Multicam coat, pants and a boonie on Aug 12. Ten (10) days later the order status was still "Temp", so I sent a message to them asking what was up with the order. They didn't bother to reply, but instead I got a notification on the next day that my order was partially refunded (for the coat, which they didn't have, I was told) and that a partial order was shipped. So I ended up paying full int'l shipping cost ($41.50 with insurance) for just the pants and the boonie. If I knew that the coat was on backorder, I would have liked to cancel the order and order the items from some place else. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from these people again."
