"I have ordered 2 manufacture-replacement camera batteries, cell phone batteries, and generic AA and AAA NiMh batteries from ebatts. I always receive exactly what i ordered in a very short time. My last order was made a day before a camera order from a different vendor, and the battery arrived the day the camera shipped. I used free ups ground. The battery quality has always been = to or better than the OEM battery"

"I placed a phone order for a nikon d90, Nikon 18-200 VR zoom, Sigma 10-20mm zoom, and Nikon 60mm macro lens. The sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. It was important I receive Nikon USA equipment and not gray market Nikon imports (something hard to discern on a web site). The store had both, but ensured I received what I wanted. We chose free shipping (7-9 business days) and received the order in 6 business days. The order was short the Macro lens, and a call to the store showed that the lens had been back ordered, but shipped the day of my call. I received a tracking number and lens serial number over the phone. Outstanding service. I will do business with them again for both the competitive price and good customer service."
