"I was reluctant to leave this review because I don't want others knowing about them! But Elf deserve credit where credit's due. The customer service is outstanding and errors are rare (if there is an error it is always promptly resolved). Products are lovely. Some of the cheaper earrings are made of very thin silver and a little flimsy - but the price reflects this (and there are more expensive/sturdy items available if you want premium quality).
My most recent order had over 10,000 pairs of earrings. Not ONE single discrepancy (well, a few earring backs were not at an exact 90 degree angle from the earring, but they bent back into shape very easily!) The images are also fantastic and make life much easier.
Shipping is free (over $500 spend). There are no hidden fees (no charge for using Paypal). What you see is what you get.
I cannot recommend Elf enough."
