False Advertisement and Poor Customer Service
"A pool table I purchased was falsely advertised as having wood clawfoot legs; but, it in fact had cheap thin plastic. legs. When I called, there were no attempts to improve the error, or compensate for their fraudulent product. I asked them how long it will take for them to pick up the pool table (that they had dropped off an hour ago) and reimburse me $650, so I could purchase a pool table elsewhere, and they said 2-3 weeks total! Overall, very poor customer service. Will never consider or trust this company again."
