"To sum it up, the price on my order changed 3 times. I started my design and would save it in my cart. When i went in my cart to finish the price changed. This was all within a hour timeframe. It went up by 40$. I called them and the man told me to just make the purchase and they would refund me the difference right way through PayPal. I did as instructed and miraculously im then told (very rudely) that i was the one that messed up and he couldn't refund the difference. I did EXACTLY what he said to do and then he feeds me that nonsense. I ALSO paid for Express shipping so the package would arrive early. They sent it out a day late on their end so it arrived a day late on mine eventhough they never had the tracking updated and the whole day its saying that it will be arriving on time. I had a deadline for the next morning so of course im panicking. They finally arrived a half hour before my deadline and my focus was getting them where they needed to go on time. I ordered 300 wristbands. They were packed in 3 separate bags of 100 each. As i was unpacking them i found that the 3rd bag if bands were defective. Whoever or whatever cut them (silicone bands) did not cut them correctly and they had a piece hanging off them. So i had to quickly but carefully cut the pieces off. I had no time to reorder or return as i needed all 300. After i delivered them i contacted the company and sent them a picture of the bands to show them how they were cut. All i said was "is this normal" and attached the picture. The reply was "how many were like that?" I said one bag. Then they reply "its impossible that all the bands were like that. Send me pictures of every band. " i didn't say ALL were like that, 1 of the 3 bags of bands were like that and i did not have time to take 100 pictures because my order arrived late and i had to fix the best I could the defective bands and get them where they needed to be. No response....i never asked for refund, didnt care about the money but an apology would have been nice. Instead of just say sorry you were sent a defective product, sorry the price changed 3 times on the bands, sorry it arrived late and we still changed you 60$ for Express shipping. Nope not one apology. I never write bad reviews but thought id share. Do as you wish but i found them to be quite unprofessional and a poor quality wristband. BTW....they say that they are in Sugarland Texas, however my shipment tracking was coming from China. Very shady."
