"I bought this for my boyfriend as a birthday present. I ordered online and felt your site was very easy to find my item and make the purchase. I thought you online check out was easy to use and information was labeled well. The only issue I have had with my purchase experience was the shipping. On UPS tracking it shows my "billing info" was received on 4/28/10 but my order was not picked up until 5/6/10. I read through my conformation email and there was info on a possibility of my item being backordered, which would take longer to ship. But in the case I do not believe my item was backordered because you sent the billing information to UPS to be picked up. My item has taken 2 weeks to receive from the billing info sent to the date I received it, which is disappointing. Over all I would recommend Gerber Tools to someone and would buy again, in the hope my shipping experience was a one time issue."
