"I called to order one item for 9.99 because the magazine said free shipping. What a bunch of garbage! They added a so called handling fee bringing my total to 16.99 when its suppose to be free! They just lost another customer!"

TAKEN with no recourse
"I ordered a Mossy Oak Couch and loveseat over the phone with factory direct. The salesman told me that they had motion (vibrating Unit) in them. Well, they arrived in March, we unpacked the boxes and sat the furniture up, which is when I noticed there was no electric going to either piece. I flipped them over and sure enough found there was no vibrating units in them. I immediately called factory direct and was given the run around. The individual pretty much told me I was a liar that his salesman would never say there were vibrating. The individual at factory direct also said he never saw a couch and loveseat with such a unit. I explained that there are because I had previously bought them thru Nebraska Furniture Mart. I'm a disabled veteran and I need the vibrating unit to try to ease my back and leg pains. They refused to give me any type of credit or refund. I even contacted the BBB, filed a complaint which did not bring about any resolution. I will no longer buy anything from Factory Direct over the internet. I caution buyers to be extremely careful when buying from shop factory direct. Make sure you get everything in writing."
